Owner
Born and raised in Provo Utah, graduated from Provo High School and then attended Brigham Young University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 2011. Practiced in Las Vegas for 4 years before moving back to Utah County in 2015. Since moving to Utah he has worked in various fields of Physical Therapy including Home Health Care, has done mobility evaluations for patients in need of wheelchairs, started an outpatient therapy clinic at a CrossFit gym, currently owns and runs Rx Rehab in American Fork. A Physical Therapist for more than 10 years Scott now and has taken a great interest in manual therapy, dry needling, soft tissue treatment and movement analysis. Is currently completing the Regis University Fellowship program in the American Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy.
Nick Arbon
Physical Therapist
Nick grew up in Grantsville Utah. He graduated from Utah Valley University with a bachelors degree in exercise science and then from Rocky Mountain University with a doctorate of physical therapy. He is also a certified personal trainer with a background in strength and conditioning. He enjoys playing sports, working out, and hiking.
Jared Leung-Wo
Physical Therapy Assistant
Born and raised in Maui, Hawaii and first came up to Utah to attend college at BYU. Jared graduated from BYU with a BS in exercise science and later attended Provo College for the PTA program. Jared has been practicing for about 8 years now. Jared is married but does not have any kids. His hobbies include fishing, golf, volleyball, sports in general, and making jade pendants.
Cassidy Chugg
Administrative Assistant
Born in Texas but spent most of her life in Highland, Utah. Graduated from Lone Peak High School where she played basketball, during which time she tore her ACL and meniscus twice. This experience going through surgery and physical therapy lead to her to love the healthcare field. Graduated with her Bachelors of Science degree in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University in 2020. Loves any outdoor recreational activity, currently including an attempt to pick up golf to keep up with her husband!
Arielle Brown
Personal Care Coordinator
Arielle is originally from Illinois (near Chicago), and has lived in various states including Idaho, New Hampshire, and found herself back out West in Utah, where she has learned is her favorite part of the US. She has been in healthcare for about 6 years after graduating from BYU-I with an Associates, working in various clinics such as Physical Therapy, Urgent Care, and even for an Animal Hospital. She has learned to really love healthcare and the benefits of seeing patient’s progress. She loves to do art like drawing and painting in her free time, good conversation with loved ones, and animals are her world with her two kittens!
Sydney
Aide
Grew up on an apple orchard in a small town in eastern Washington called Lake Chelan. Grew up playing volleyball, basketball and tennis and tries to play as often as she can! Sydney also loves to paddleboard and swim. She moved to Utah a couple of years ago to attend Brigham Young University where she is currently getting a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness. She plans to attend Physical Therapy school after graduating from BYU.
Nikki
Aide
Nikki grew up in Orem, Utah. She graduated from Timpanogos High School and is now studying at Utah Valley University working on her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She married her high school sweetheart in 2020 and now they love going on adventures together. Nikki loves all things outside including hiking, biking, snow boarding, boating, and even just sitting on the back porch to read a good book. She has plans to attend Physical Therapy school once she graduates from UVU.
Sadie
Aide
Grew up in Kennewick, Washington and is currently going to school at BYU. She is working on her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness, and is working to teach HIIT, Zumba, yoga, and barre classes. She ran cross country in high school, and recently found a love for pickleball! Sadie also plays the harp, and loves the outdoors: skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. She loves working in the health field, and plans to continue with Physical Therapy school after graduating.
Spencer

Spencer Haws grew up in Thousand Oaks, California for most of his life before making his way up to Utah. He is currently in Brigham Young University to obtain his degree in Exercise Science after switching it from business. He is the youngest of nine family members. He enjoys the outdoors, rock climbing, volleyball, as well as staying in to submerge himself in music, a good book, or a good conversation with others.
