I had been doing crossfit for three years when I injured my back from an incorrectly performed good morning and deadlift. I was in so much pain and was unable to sit down, pretty much at all. Scott was quick to let me come in and help relieve my pain. He even guessed correctly on what the source of my pain was before getting an MRI. Once the scan was complete and it was known that my back had 3 bulging discs, Scott did everything that he could to help me and decrease my pain levels. After working with him for 6 months and actually doing my homework, we’ve sunk my pain levels, gotten to the point where I can sit for longer than an hour or two before the pain kicks in, and decreased the pain level when it does show up. Scott even went out of his way after he went to a conference where a speaker discussed bulging discs and brought new information he learned to help me. The past month of frequent visits has pushed my recovery so much farther than before and I know that I wouldn’t be at this point without him. There aren’t a ton of people who are willing to help as much as they can, but Scott is one of these people. If he can do something to help, he will.”
